Ordered these from Amazon as I needed next day delivery as customer was going on holiday. Arrived promptly but as can be seen the side wall of the non driveside crank has been machined incorrectly and does not allow proper seating of the retaining bolt. Fortunately the driveside crank was ok and that was the side I need ed. Had no option but to fit so customers kid had a bike for his hols but I've had to pay full price for half the product with no options for a refund on Amazon.*****Eastern Bikes went out their way to ensure replacement cranks were sent and also enclosed a goodwill gesture, excellent customer service from Eastern,not so much Amazon*****
