Despatched when promised, and well packaged. Short delay in delivery was down to Parcelforce, so not the seller's fault. Arrived in a large card envelope that may not fit through some smaller letterboxes. It was about A4 sized. Chain feels bulkier and heavier than my old KMC which was the same width (1/8"). Pins stick out a bit further, and the whole feel of it is "heavy duty". Comes with a 3 part joining link rather than the more common 2 part link. I remember these 3 part links from the 1970s. Either "traditional" or "old fashioned depending on your point of view, but a bit fiddlier to fit and remove than the modern sort. Aso, you're meant to align them so that the closed end of the U shaped piece is in the direction of travel. I paid the extra (compared to KMC) for this chain, so let's hope I am rewarded with durability. I normally update these reviews if anything particularly good or bad arises. So far, so good.
