On planning a 5 day bike holiday I realised I needed to buy a more comfortable saddle. This was recommended by a friend. It`s wide enough for my female derriere, padded and best of all sprung which makes all the difference as that little bouncy give in the seat makes for a much better ride. I think it is only suitable for a more upright riding position like I have on my hybrid bike. It came with no instructions or tool, just the seat. After a bit of head scratching, I removed the post attachment from the new saddle by unscrewing the cross bolt with an adjustable wrench as I couldn`t find a spanner to fit. It looks moulded onto the rails of the seat but will come off with a bit of fiddling. That leaves you ready to attach to your bike using the rails only rather than the attachment which didn`t fit my bike. Some instructions would have been useful as I`ve never changed a saddle before. It is far more comfortable than my previous saddle. I tried a gel cover but that was not great as moved around too much. A great purchase at a fair price.

I commute to work on my bike so comfort is paramount. My old seat was causing me a lot of pain in both the rear and nether regions so I looked for an upgrade, and this seemed perfect. It's much more comfortable with this seat now and I can quite happily ride to work and back without issue. The springs in the rear along with the very squishy foam padding makes it feel like you're sitting on a mattress, it's almost too light in some circumstances, but it's so far above and beyond what I was suffering with originally that I hardly care. A worthwhile upgrade if you're pedalling to work and back nearly every day!

I had always found bike saddles uncomfortable, but I just kind of persevered and accepted that I needed to stand when going over bumps and dropped kerbs. However, my wife wanted to use my bike and found the existing saddle unbearable. This saddle is excellent. Wide and well cushioned, and it makes a big difference to the ride. My wife now regularly cycles to the shop rather than driving. Please note that neither of us are particularly large, so I'm not sure if heavier people will find it as comfortable. Don't see why not.

The media could not be loaded. For comfort is good but for riding not so good as the rear springs are not very strong so when you are trying to balance and ride through traffic the saddle wobbles from side to side which makes it difficult to balance , the saddle itself is soft so if it had stiffer springs it would of been a more safer comfortable ride,I tried to lock the springs with a piece of wood and it was alot better for balancing and you still get comfortable ride, for now I'm remove the saddle and have gone back to the original one until I can find a solution to stiffen up the springs, maybe because I'm 14 stone is why it's so wobbly ,as for fitting the saddle was fine and fairly easy to do and tighten up good . After my modification on the springs to stiffen them up I still noticed there is alot of flex in the fin plastic of the base of the seat , if it had a thicker base it wouldn't flex so much and feel like I'm wobbling when I'm riding, note it's a cheap seat ,it's still soft and flexible and it's not worth sending back now. Would not recommend.
