Stack is not standard 40mm - it’s @35 so you’ll need an extra spacer if you’re replacing a 40mm stack stem.

This does look like a nice stem but does not give me much confidence in it's strength, a lot of material has been removed either to save weight or just to give it a good look and that just gives thin strips of alloy as clamps, so not a stem I will use on a bike that takes much abuse. One thing I did not think about with this stem is the fact you can see the steerer tube between the clamps, if like me your a bit fussy about looks if the steerer tube is all scuffed up it's going to notice, also if you have nice matching stem spacers you will get the silver of the steerer tube spoiling look. Talking of being fussy my stem came with a scratch I suspect caused by it being packed along with the complimentary Allen key.
