I only got em for the caps, they need to take time and tape that box shut. My order box with all the goodies in it had a hole in the side and the BB was just floating in the box looking for the exit. Other then that, great product! I recommend them on social media all the time. If you have a problem and you contact them on here, you most likely will be contacting the owner of the company.
