Ich habe den Vorbau an meinem MTB montiert, weil ich auf Trails gerne direkteres Lenkverhalten habe – und ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Die 35 mm Länge machen sich sofort beim Handling bemerkbar: engeres, präziseres Kurvenfahren, besonders bei Abfahrten, fühlt sich deutlich kontrollierter an. Die Verarbeitung ist top – das Teil wirkt sehr hochwertig, sauber gefräst und ordentlich eloxiert. Trotz des geringen Gewichts (etwa 124g) macht es einen stabilen Eindruck, auch bei härteren Einsätzen auf wurzeligen Trails. Montage war unkompliziert: Der Vorbau passt auf meinen Standardlenker mit 31,8 mm und den 28,6 mm Gabelschaft problemlos. Alles sitzt bombenfest – kein Knacken oder Spiel. Ich würde ihn vor allem für Fahrer empfehlen, die auf technischen Strecken unterwegs sind und sich etwas mehr Direktheit und Kontrolle wünschen.
