For the price works fine. Niggles are could be some instructions and the hexagonal socket heads would be better at 5mm as opposed to 4mm because 1. They would be better to tighten and 2. match the other hex socket heads on my bike (Spec FSR). You need to follow a method to tighten the riser in a particular order and put the washers supplied in the right place. If I remember right you need to tighten the centre hex key on your original stem and then the external hex sockets on the riser and your original stem. I had to reduce the length of the new stem bolt to get a tight fit. Finally make sure the hex sockets on the riser are tight and rechecked as I found when I tighten one the other needed further tightening else your front wheel will turn without the handlebars. You may have to do this several times and carefully as they don't appear that strong.

Was a little unsure before ordering this item, however it is perfect for use with my turbo trainer bike. Much more comfortable and extends the length of ride without discomfort. To fit it required the bar tape being removed as the cables were too short, but just rewrapped them with more slack. One thing to be aware of, the long retaining bold was actually 5mm too long and needed reducing with a hacksaw. Money and time well spent on a decent looking and well made riser.

This has done it's job brilliantly, I'm much comfier sitting more upright! Only just managed to stretch the cables enough to slot it on but once in place, the cables all reach comfortably enough. Had to attach the handlebars first as the cables wouldn't stretch when I did the stem first. Glad I didn't order the taller one!

Its been a few weeks since I installing this riser on my e-bike and it has been working great by effectively raising my handlebars to a more comfortable level when riding. This was a more economical way to meditate an upright posture instead of increasing the handlebars height. However, I would not recommend this choice for anyone engaging in vigorous MTB activities that would create extreme forces on the stem. My e-bike is used is for primarily commuting and exercise so this part works out well.

It did what I wanted it to do, despite arriving in a plain plastic bag without a shred of instructions. Fortunately, I had found a video (from a bike guy, not from the manufacturer) that explained how to set it up. So many companies seem to have outsourced their customer education to YouTube reviewers. It does come with multiple spacers, so you can customize the height you’re looking for. Also, make sure you get a very tight fit, or you will find your handlebars going one way and your wheel going another.
